The ceremony of opening the poster presentation section of the ATAAC conference is scheduled for Oct 15th, 2019 at 15:45 p.m., at the Westin hotel. The authors should print their posters in B1 format (707 x 1000 mm) and deliver them to the expo area Oct 15th, at 8 a.m. so the posters could be set to their panels on time. The poster presentation will be held:
15.10. from 15:45 to 16:15 p.m.,
16.10. from 15:45 to 16:15 p.m.,
17.10. from 15:45 to 16:15 p.m.
During that period authors should be next to their posters so they could provide answers to visitors' potential questions.
All authors are welcome to prepare pamphlets or other additional promo materials with information on the work their organization does. We suggest authors print smaller copies of their posters (A4 format) so all interested visitors can take those materials with them. Business cards can also be very useful in such presentations.
The given format of the poster is B1 (707 x 1000 mm) in portrait orientation. The poster should be made in English.
Poster topics: presentation of AT and AAC usage in the institution, case studies, and similar subjects.
Your poster can be made in PowerPoint or some other programme that enables the making of big format posters. It is important to mention that the poster should be made and printed by authors independently. Organization committee of the conference does not do the poster print but can help you with advice if needed.
Except for the dimensions which are strictly defined by the B1 format, you have the full freedom to construct your poster in a way that suits you best. However, do not forget to put the following information on your poster: poster title, names and last names of all authors, name of the organization you represent, contact information.

The application will close on June 15th, 2019.
For everyone who applies earlier, we will try to review your application as soon as possible so you can start preparing your posters as soon as possible.
